Car fire overnight in Girraween - Girraween

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) extinguished a car fire in Girraween in Sydney's western suburbs overnight.
A crew from Wentworthville attended the incident in Barnes Street at 12.30 am.
Firefighters went to work quickly and extinguished the fire within 20 minutes.
NSW Police were also in attendance at the incident.
Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said this is a timely reminder that calling Triple Zero (000) for a fire emergency can be the difference between life and death, or a building or other property being saved or destroyed.
